Starter
Blinis topped with lumpfish roe, crispy baby potatoes with caviar and crunchy root vegetable chips.
Cured salmon on a bed of crisp salad with caper pesto, served with homemade sourdough bread.
Main Course
Rack of lamb with crushed potatoes sprinkled with Parmesan, served with grilled courgettes and a creamy mustard sauce.
Dessert
Selection of three fine cheeses with quince marmalade, salted almonds, grapes and crackers.
Or
Crema Catalana (the Spanish version of crème brûlée), homemade fruit salad and brownie with raspberry coulis.
